About the Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and talented Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development to join our team and contribute to the exciting field of AI agent development. You’ll be working on the cutting edge of AI technology, helping to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that solve real-world problems. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your existing backend skills while delving into the innovative world of Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems to support our AI agents.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to integrate AI models and algorithms into our backend infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize APIs for seamless interaction between the AI agents and other components of our system.
• Implement data storage, retrieval, and processing solutions to support the agents’ operation.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and backend technologies.
• Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language, preferably Java and Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A genuine passion for AI and a desire to work in the AI agent space.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3, Gemini or similar.
• Experience with Langchain or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts and techniques.
